So, this past two weeks have been quite a time for me. the first week was the final week of school before spring break and my professor decided to give us a 5 point assignment with various parts that were vital to a good grade. so that too up a lot of my time, even art and personal time trying to get it done. then this week for spring break I wanted to get up to par on the commissions i had taken from close friends in a means as to not have more on my plate. for those of you who know I sometimes take on little art jobs for close friends in order to have a bit of spending/ food money while I work thought college. As of now I am mostly up to par at that point. However this means I haven't been able to make any further advancements in terms of VULINE lore specifically pertaining to the final character release of the LEGION member, Current. However! that being said, last semester my final was to make a magazine spread; cover, Two page entry spread, and a back page add on whatever topic we wanted to cover. For my project I decided to use this amazing YCH I got from ABananaMan on FA staring Lex Ashton to make my own magazine staring Lex. Since most of the headlines and such were my ideas i asked him if he would be okay with making my own version of the cover with my own art and original lay out for a school project. he stated that i could and was even eager to see what i came up with. Well I plan on posting that whole spread in all of its quality which does contain some original art (drawn with/ over reference images for quickness) and a full page interview of her about her joining the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (obviously before the pandemic). There will be more info on that and its importance to the overall story when I upload it this weekend. Other news, I'm thinking of opening up a Patreon specifically for VULPINE content once i finish school to help better update you on events and designs and concepts I'm playing around with for the books as well as early access to drafted portions of the stories themselves before they get released as novels. that way I can generate a bit of an income working on these books without having to take on extra commissions or secure a full time job but I'm also not turning down those two ideas either. Idk we'll see were I'm at. I'm grateful you all have stuck with me for so long! And that your excitement for VULPINE is still there! I really am excited to make it and develop it more but with limited time and income that is more difficult than i imaged, Hopefully with school being almost over (lasting only 2 more semesters) ill be able to pour much more time into it ^^

Hey just letting you all know I am still very much alive and well. ^^ i know its been awhile since I have been active active so to speak and even longer since I released any VULPINE artwork. This is cause I was mostly working on commissions to make some extra cash before college started which i am currently attending my second to last semester. I am working towards moving out of my parents house in the mean time. while working through college ill be working on some personal art. mostly going to be sketching a bunch of skunk characters of mine that i have adopted over the last year or so off and on. this is all going to be for Skunktober~ given October is my birth month and i love to draw for it~ so yeah! new artwork till then will probably be on the back burner unless you guys want me to upload either graphic design assignments i have been working on, or just random characters I have been making that are not Vulpine related. anyway hope you guys are all doing alright ^^ i have just been making character ideas and concepts or species i have been wanting to draw that have no particular canon. you know me always making things X3c so let me know if you guys want to see any of those. i figure most of you just want to see more of my art whenever i have it no matter what but id figured id ask. theres going to be a poll linked below for some quick feedback. if you want to spend time typing a comment here or on the poll for what youre looking for then feel free. i just want to engage with you all cause you all have been so supportive as of late ^^ https://www.deviantart.com/iven-furrpaw/poll/What-type-of-artwork-do-you-want-to-see-more-of-7915894

My cat.... Hes gone... He passed this morning. Surrounded by those he loved. We buried him in the back yard at a spot he always liked to look out at when it was sunny. He was a great boy, and i loved him dearly. There will never be another with the heart of gold that he had. Im doing okay. I made the marker you see as his final gift. Ill have his collar with me always. He was a great cat and ill never forget how he was there for me even in my darkest times.

Hey... So I finish school in a few days and i was going to get started on artwork but i got some really bad news. We're going to have t-to p-put my cat down...His name is Midnight...He's had painful breathing issues for awhile but they have gotten much worse. His chest is convolving spastically, and he squeaks out in pain when he's picked up. He's been with my family for about 11 years... And im not sure im ready to say good bye...

Such a precious cat, heart of gold, totally cuddly and comforting, always knew when you were having a bad day and would hop up into your lap for a cuddle and lick your hair after a shower. Helped alert us to a brain tumor my dad had growing in his head for 20 years. And has been a very playful and lively cat. I will never forget him but im having trouble writing this... Hes been such an amazing cat such a sweet and loving boy... I will miss him dearly but i want to be there for him when he goes... To say good bye proper....

Just letting yall know i havent forgotten this page. Still working on school and my job. Im thinking of opening a public discord server soon to keep you guys posted on whats going on in real time. I dont want to lose you amazing guys, you all have supported me so much over the last 5 years that i want to get to know you guys better. Get feed back and post sketches and ideas that i can get instant feed back on. Let me know what you think, ive got a pretty good handle on how to fully operate a group so no need to worry about that. Anyway love you all! I have some non VULPINE characters i have been designing just to stay sharp. Nothing major just colored sketches and such.
